Positive Balance Grappling does not have contracts, however a month-to-month agreement is also not “pay as you go”.  

 

You are required to pay on a month-to-month basis until a 30 day notice is given (Face to Face) to terminate your membership/auto payment.

 

If there is billing due during the time of the notice you are obligated to pay the month fee.

Membership pauses are available only for absences of thirty (30) consecutive days or longer.

Breaks shorter than 30 days are considered normal time away from training, not a pause. This includes holidays, vacations, short trips, busy schedules, or taking a couple of weeks off.

A two-week absence is simply a two-week break, and memberships remain active and billed as usual during that time.

​

This policy allows us to keep tuition consistent for all members while maintaining a stable schedule and coaching staff year-round.

 

All pause requests must be submitted in advance. Retroactive pauses are not permitted.
